Here it comes, a new year! Is it an exciting time for you? Do you have plans and hopes for the coming year? My hope for you is fun and joy.
These are some big contributors to your fun and joy – good sleep, good exercise, and good mood.
Sleep
Remember to make time to take care of yourself. For some people, that means getting enough good sleep. Acupuncture and Chinese herbs improve your sleep. Get the sleep you deserve – come in for acupuncture.
Exercise? Really?
Did you know that exercise doesn’t necessarily mean going to the gym and sweating? Try some good movement in your life. You can make up a playlist of good dance tunes, and dance by yourself or with friends for an hour – who knew exercise could be so much fun?
Mood
Acupuncture can help with your mood, too. One of my Boston patients came in for acupuncture when his employees reminded him that it had been awhile since he last had a treatment. It turns out that his mood improved so much that his employees sent him off to get acupuncture.
Wouldn’t it be great if you and everyone you knew was getting enough self care that they could share all of the positive aspects of themselves with you in the coming new year?
